{"id":16219,"date":"2026-03-27T10:39:40","date_gmt":"2026-03-27T10:39:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cosmosinsurance.com.cy\/announcement-approval-of-financial-statements-2025\/"},"modified":"2026-03-27T10:39:40","modified_gmt":"2026-03-27T10:39:40","slug":"announcement-approval-of-financial-statements-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cosmosinsurance.com.cy\/en\/announcement-approval-of-financial-statements-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"ANNOUNCEMENT &#8211; Approval of Financial Statements 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1 data-start=\"71\" data-end=\"87\"><strong data-start=\"71\" data-end=\"87\">ANNOUNCEMENT<\/strong><\/h1>\n<p data-start=\"89\" data-end=\"332\">The Board of Directors of <strong data-start=\"115\" data-end=\"154\">COSMOS INSURANCE COMPANY PUBLIC LTD<\/strong>, at its meeting held on 27 March 2026, reviewed, among other matters, and approved the audited Financial Statements of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31 December 2025.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"334\" data-end=\"473\">In particular, with the aim of providing comprehensive information to the investing public, the Board of Directors announces the following:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"475\" data-end=\"1399\">\n<li data-section-id=\"ux5n0d\" data-start=\"475\" data-end=\"735\">The Board of Directors reviewed and unanimously approved the Management Report, the Annual Corporate Governance Report of the Board of Directors, and the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31 December 2025, as attached.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1fm8eft\" data-start=\"737\" data-end=\"1038\">It resolved to convene the Annual General Meeting of the Company on <strong data-start=\"808\" data-end=\"823\">14 May 2026<\/strong>, Thursday, at <strong data-start=\"838\" data-end=\"847\">15:30<\/strong>, at the event hall on the 4th floor of the Company\u2019s Head Offices, 46 Griva Digeni Avenue, 1080 Nicosia. Further details regarding the Annual General Meeting will be announced in due course.<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"ddjlxl\" data-start=\"1040\" data-end=\"1399\">Taking into account the financial results for the year 2025, the Company\u2019s liquidity position, its capital requirements, the Solvency Ratio, as well as the provisions of its Dividend Policy, the Board of Directors has decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting the payment of a dividend of <strong data-start=\"1339\" data-end=\"1360\">\u20ac0.0177 per share<\/strong>, amounting in total to <strong data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1398\">\u20ac1,000,000<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"1401\" data-end=\"1815\"><strong data-start=\"1401\" data-end=\"1410\">Note:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe income statement and balance sheet will be published in the daily press.
