Thursday, 14 May at 15:30, at the event hall on the 4th floor of the Company\u2019s Head Offices of Cosmos Insurance Company Public Ltd (the \u201cCompany\u201d), located at 46 Griva Digeni Avenue, 1080 Nicosia, the Annual General Meeting of the Company\u2019s shareholders will be held.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"429\" data-end=\"439\"><strong data-start=\"429\" data-end=\"439\">Agenda<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"441\" data-end=\"1146\">\n<li data-section-id=\"bym6kt\" data-start=\"441\" data-end=\"654\">Review of the Company\u2019s Annual Report for the year 2025, including the Management Report, the Corporate Governance Report, and the audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2025;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"j2uma9\" data-start=\"655\" data-end=\"765\">Consideration of the proposal of the Board of Directors regarding the payment of a dividend to shareholders;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"q1hsb\" data-start=\"766\" data-end=\"867\">Election \/ Re-election of members of the Board of Directors in place of those retiring by rotation;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1tuaper\" data-start=\"868\" data-end=\"961\">Determination of the annual ordinary remuneration of the members of the Board of Directors;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"meb4wg\" data-start=\"962\" data-end=\"1064\">Appointment of auditors and authorisation of the Board of Directors to determine their remuneration;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"b3gnru\" data-start=\"1065\" data-end=\"1146\">Any other matter that may be properly brought before an Annual General Meeting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1486\">The Notice of Convening of the Annual General Meeting and all relevant information (Record Date, Members\u2019 Rights, Right to Appoint a Proxy), as well as the relevant Proxy Form and the Annual Report 2025, are available on the Company\u2019s
