Foreigner Worker’s Medical Insurance

The Foreigners’ Worker Medical Insurance provides cover for in-hospital and out-of-hospital care as well as Mortal Remains Cover and is addressed to foreign workers coming from countries that are not members of the European Union.

The insurance policy is compatible with the legislation for granting a work permit in the Republic of Cyprus.

In case the job description of the foreigner is “Home Assistant / House Maid” then the above policy can be issued as a “package” with the Employer’s Liability Insurance which is compulsory for one to have when he has people working for him.

The Employer’s Liability policy is addressed to employers of foreigners who work as domestic helpers, clerks, agricultural or livestock breeding workers, provided that the employee is between 18 and 65 years of age.
