Key Responsibilities:
• Actively promote and inform clients about the Company’s diverse range of insurance products.
• Provide personalized assistance to both new and existing customers through proactive communication via phone, email, and fax.
• Accurately enter, amend, and cancel insurance policies in our electronic system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Prepare tailored insurance quotes reflecting customers’ specific requirements.
• Manage payment collections and issue receipts in a timely and professional manner.
• Evaluate risks for insurance coverage in accordance with Company guidelines and standards.
• Execute various administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.
• Perform any other duties as assigned to enhance team effectiveness.

Required Qualifications:
• University degree or diploma or relevant working experience related to the position’s duties.
• Very good computer skills.
• Excellent command of Greek and English languages.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Pleasant personality, ability to communicate and work as part of a team.
• Flexibility and willingness to provide outstanding service to the Company’s customers and partners.

Additional Qualifications:
• Possession of an Insurance Studies Diploma, knowledge of a second foreign language, or experience in a similar position will be considered additional assets.

Salary and Benefits:
• Monthly salary based on qualifications
• 13th salary
• Pro-rata 14th salary (0.25)

Working Hours:
• Five-day workweek
• Flexible start time between 07:45 – 08:30
• 2 working afternoons until 17:30 (30 minutes break)
• 3 non-working afternoons (work until 14:00)
