Λειτουργός Εξυπηρέτησης Πελατών (Επαρχία Λευκωσίας)
Βασικά Καθήκοντα:
Εξυπηρέτηση Πελατών
- Παροχή πληροφοριών για ασφαλιστικά προϊόντα.
- Υποστήριξη και εξυπηρέτηση νέων και υφιστάμενων πελατών μέσω φυσικής παρουσίας, τηλεφώνου και ηλεκτρονικού ταχυδρομείου.
Πωλήσεις
- Εντοπισμός ευκαιριών για ανάπτυξη πελατολογίου και διερεύνηση ασφαλιστικής κάλυψης.
- Προώθηση προϊόντων με βάση τις ανάγκες του πελάτη και στόχευση στην ποιοτική πώληση.
Διοικητική υποστήριξη
- Καταχωρήσεις στο ηλεκτρονικό σύστημα για έκδοση, τροποποίηση, ακύρωση ασφαλιστηρίων συμβολαίων.
- Ετοιμασία Προσφορών και διεκπεραίωση εισπράξεων με έκδοση αποδείξεων.
- Αξιολόγηση ασφαλιστέων κινδύνων σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες της Εταιρείας.
- Διοικητικές και υποστηρικτικές εργασίες που σχετίζονται με τη λειτουργία του Τμήματος.
Ιδανικό προφίλ υποψήφιου:
- Πανεπιστημιακό δίπλωμα ή αντίστοιχη επαγγελματική εμπειρία σε συναφές αντικείμενο.
- Πολύ καλή χρήση Η/Υ.
- Άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας.
- Επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
- Ομαδικό πνεύμα και προσανατολισμός στην άριστη εξυπηρέτηση.

Βοηθός Αξιολόγησης & Ανάληψης Κινδύνου Γενικού Κλάδου (Underwriting Support Officer)
Επαρχία Λευκωσίας
Βασικά καθήκοντα:
- Εξυπηρέτηση και παροχή πληροφοριών σε πελάτες και συνεργάτες με στόχο τη σύναψη νέων συμβολαίων και ανανεώσεων, την ορθή τιμολόγηση, τη διατήρηση και ανάπτυξη πελατολογίου.
- Συλλογή όλων των αιτούμενων εγγράφων και δικαιολογητικών για την επιτυχία σύναψης ασφάλειας.
- Διασφάλιση έγκαιρης και ακριβούς καταχώρησης δεδομένων χρησιμοποιώντας τα συστήματα της εταιρείας και τα ανάλογα πρότυπα διαδικασιών.
- Γραμματειακή υποστήριξη τμήματος, δημιουργία επιστολών, σάρωση αρχείου κλπ
- Διατήρηση του επιπέδου ποιοτικής εξυπηρέτησης και προτύπων ομάδας μέσω της παροχής υποστηρικτικής βοήθειας σε όλες τις εργασίες του τμήματος.
- Εκτέλεση οποιωνδήποτε άλλων καθηκόντων σχετίζονται με τη φύση της θέσης, όπως αυτά δύνανται να ανατεθούν από τον Προϊστάμενο.
Ιδανικό προφίλ υποψηφίου:
- Πτυχίο ή δίπλωμα ανώτερης/ανώτατης εκπαίδευσης.
- Άριστη γνώση ελληνικής και αγγλικής γλώσσας.
- Ευελιξία και προθυμία παροχής άριστης εξυπηρέτησης στους πελάτες και συνεργάτες της Εταιρείας.

Junior Full Stack Developer (Επαρχία Λευκωσίας)
Βασικά Καθήκοντα:
- Ανάπτυξη, συντήρηση και αναβάθμιση εσωτερικών λογισμικών συστημάτων.
- Υποστήριξη και βελτίωση υφιστάμενων συστημάτων και βάσεων δεδομένων.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Provide information regarding insurance products.
- Support and serve new and existing clients through in-person service, telephone, and email.
Sales
- Identify opportunities for portfolio development and explore customers’ insurance needs.
- Promote products based on client requirements, focusing on high-quality sales.
Administrative Support
- Process policy issuance, amendments, and cancellations through the electronic system.
- Prepare quotations and handle premium collections, including issuance of receipts.
- Assess insurable risks in accordance with the Company’s procedures.
- Perform administrative and support tasks related to the Department’s operations.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- University degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent command of the Greek and English languages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide service and information to clients and partners with the aim of concluding new policies and renewals, ensuring proper pricing, as well as maintaining and developing the client portfolio.
- Collect all required documents and supporting information necessary for the successful issuance of insurance policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry using the company’s systems and in accordance with established procedures and standards.
- Provide administrative support to the department, including preparation of correspondence, scanning and filing of documents, etc.
