The Board of Directors of COSMOS INSURANCE COMPANY PUBLIC LTD, at its meeting held on 27 March 2025, reviewed, among other matters, and approved the audited Financial Statements of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31 December 2024.
Specifically, the Board of Directors announces the following:
The Board of Directors unanimously reviewed and approved the Management Report, the Annual Report of the Board of Directors on Corporate Governance, and the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the Financial Year ending 31 December 2024.
It also set the date for the Annual General Meeting of the Company for Thursday, 19 June 2025, at 15:30, to be held at the events hall on the 4th floor of the Company’s Head Offices at 46 Griva Digeni Avenue, 1080 Nicosia. Further details regarding the Annual General Meeting will be announced in due course.

The income statement and the balance sheet will be published in the daily press. Copies of the full texts of the 2024 Annual Financial Report will not be sent to shareholders but will be available free of charge to any interested party, either in printed or electronic form, from the Company’s Head Offices at 46 Griva Digeni Avenue, 1080 Nicosia (Tel: +357 22796000, Fax: +357 22022000, Email: info@cosmosinsurance.com.cy).
Additionally, the 2024 Annual Report and the information referred to in section (4) of Article 127A of the Companies Law, Cap. 113, will be posted on the Company’s website (www.cosmosinsurance.com.cy) and on the Cyprus Stock Exchange website (www.cse.com.cy).
