At its meeting on 15 May 2025, the Board of Directors of COSMOS INSURANCE PUBLIC COMPANY LTD, inter alia, examined the payment or not of dividend based on the financial results of 2024.
After taking all data into account, the Board of Directors has decided not to propose the payment of dividend to the Annual General Meeting.
