ANNOUNCEMENT
The Board of Directors of COSMOS INSURANCE COMPANY PUBLIC LTD, at its meeting held on 17 September 2026, among other matters, reviewed and approved the Company’s unaudited Interim Condensed Financial Statements for the period from 1 January to 30 June 2026, a copy of which is attached.
The Interim Condensed Financial Statements will not be sent to holders of the Company’s securities. However, the Interim Condensed Statement of Profit or Loss and Other Comprehensive Income will be published in the newspaper “Politis” on 18 September 2026.
A sufficient number of copies of the full text of the Interim Condensed Financial Statements are available, free of charge, from the Company’s registered office at 46 Griva Digeni Avenue, Cosmos Tower, 1080 Nicosia.
The full text is also available on the websites of the Company (www.cosmosinsurance.com.cy) and the Cyprus Stock Exchange (www.cse.com.cy).
